অ্যাকাউন্ট চালানো, অর্ডার প্রসেস ও ডেলিভারি, পেমেন্ট, রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড, সাপোর্ট, প্রতারণা ও অপব্যবহার রোধ, গুরুত্বপূর্ণ বার্তা পাঠানো এবং সেবা উন্নত করা। মার্কেটিং বার্তা শুধু আপনার সম্মতিতে।

To run your account, process and deliver orders, take payments, handle returns and refunds, give support, prevent fraud and abuse, send important service messages and improve the service. Marketing messages only with your consent.

নিরাপত্তা ও সংরক্ষণ Security and retention

সব সংযোগ HTTPS-এ এনক্রিপ্টেড; পাসওয়ার্ড হ্যাশ করে রাখা হয়; টু-ফ্যাক্টর চালু করা যায়। অ্যাকাউন্ট চালু থাকা পর্যন্ত তথ্য রাখা হয়। নিরাপত্তা লগ ১৮০ দিন পর্যন্ত রাখা হয়। অর্ডারের হিসাব আইনে যতদিন বাধ্যতামূলক ততদিন রাখা হয়।

All connections are encrypted (HTTPS); passwords are stored hashed; two-factor sign-in is available. Data is kept while your account is active. Security logs are kept up to 180 days. Order records are kept as long as the law requires.

SHAHAZ.com ১৩ বছরের কম বয়সীদের জন্য নয় এবং জেনেশুনে তাদের তথ্য নেওয়া হয় না।

SHAHAZ.com is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
