অ্যাপে In the app

• Profile → Settings → Account Control খুলুনOpen Profile → Settings → Account Control
• "অ্যাকাউন্ট ডিলিট" চাপুন এবং পাসওয়ার্ড দিন (পাসওয়ার্ড না থাকলে ইমেইল লিংক নিন)Tap "Delete account" and enter your password (no password? ask for an email link)
• নিশ্চিত করুন — সব ডিভাইস থেকে সাথে সাথে সাইন আউট হবেConfirm — you are signed out on every device at once

ওয়েবসাইটে On the website

• সাইন ইন করে Settings → Account Control → Delete Account Request, অথবা এই পেজের ফর্ম ব্যবহার করুনSign in, then Settings → Account Control → Delete Account Request — or use the form on this page
• সাইন ইন করতে না পারলে নিচে অ্যাকাউন্টের ইমেইল দিন — নিশ্চিত করার লিংক পাঠানো হবেCannot sign in? Enter your account email below — we email you a confirmation link

এরপর কী হয় What happens next

অনুরোধের পর ৭ দিন সময় পাবেন। এর মধ্যে আবার সাইন ইন করে "অনুরোধ বাতিল করুন" চাপলে অ্যাকাউন্ট আগের মতো থাকবে। ৭ দিন পর অ্যাকাউন্ট স্থায়ীভাবে মুছে ফেলা হয় এবং ইমেইলে জানানো হয়।

You have 7 days to change your mind: sign in again and tap "Cancel request". After 7 days the account is permanently deleted and we confirm it by email.

কোনো অর্ডার ডেলিভারির পথে থাকলে সেটি শেষ হওয়ার পর মুছে ফেলা হয়।

If an order is still on its way, the account is deleted after that order is finished.

যা মুছে ফেলা হয় What is deleted

• নাম, ইমেইল, ফোন নম্বর, পাসওয়ার্ড ও প্রোফাইল ছবিName, email, phone number, password and profile photo
• সংরক্ষিত ঠিকানা, উইশলিস্ট, কার্ট ও পছন্দের সেটিংসSaved addresses, wishlist, cart and preferences
• নোটিফিকেশন, সাইন-ইন করা ডিভাইস, পুশ টোকেন ও সাইন-ইন ইতিহাসNotifications, signed-in devices, push tokens and sign-in history
• টু-ফ্যাক্টর, পাসকি, Google সংযোগ ও সংরক্ষিত পেমেন্ট টোকেনTwo-factor, passkeys, the Google link and saved payment tokens
• রিভিউ থেকে আপনার নাম ও ইমেইল সরানো হয় (রিভিউর লেখা নাম ছাড়া থাকে)Your name and email are removed from reviews (the review text stays, without a name)

যা রাখা হয় এবং কতদিন What is kept, and for how long

• অর্ডারের হিসাব — পণ্য, দাম, পেমেন্ট, ইনভয়েস ও অর্ডারে লেখা ডেলিভারির তথ্য — বাংলাদেশের কর ও হিসাব আইনে যতদিন রাখা বাধ্যতামূলক ততদিন রাখা হয়, তারপর মুছে ফেলা হয়Order records — items, prices, payment, invoice and the delivery details written on the order — as long as Bangladesh tax and accounting law requires, then removed
• অর্ডারের সাথে যুক্ত সেলার ও সাপোর্ট কথোপকথন — বিরোধ, রিটার্ন ও প্রতারণা রোধে; এগুলো আর কোনো চালু অ্যাকাউন্টের সাথে যুক্ত থাকে নাSeller and support conversations linked to orders — for disputes, returns and fraud prevention; they are no longer linked to a usable account

সেলার অ্যাকাউন্ট Seller accounts

পেমেন্ট ও অর্ডারের হিসাবের কারণে সেলার অ্যাকাউন্ট এই পেজ থেকে মুছে ফেলা যায় না। Seller Center → Settings → Privacy & Data থেকে অনুরোধ করুন অথবা support@shahaz.com ঠিকানায় লিখুন।

Because of payouts and order accounting, seller accounts cannot be deleted from this page. Ask in Seller Center → Settings → Privacy & Data, or write to support@shahaz.com.
