Document photos: accepted vs. sent back
Most delays come from unreadable photos. Check yours against this list.
- The whole card is in the photo — all four corners visible
- Taken straight from above, flat on a plain table
- Bright, even light — every letter and number readable
- The original card (not a photocopy of a photocopy)
- Selfie: your full face and the NID front, both sharp
- Scanned PDF or a clear phone photo — both are fine
- Blurry, dark or shaky photos
- Glare or flash reflection over the text
- Cut corners, fingers covering the card, or a tilted / angled photo
- Edited, filtered or screenshot images
- Expired trade license or someone else’s documents
- A selfie with sunglasses, mask or a face that does not match the NID
Use the same name everywhere: the NID name (or the business name) must match the bank or wallet account holder name. Different names are the most common reason an application is sent back.

Common questions
Can one person open two seller accounts?
No. One NID can be used for one seller account only.
Do I need a trade license as an individual?
No. Individual sellers only need their NID. A trade license is needed for Business Sellers.
Is my information safe?
Documents are kept in a private store, never shown publicly, and only the SHAHAZ.com team reviewing your application can open them.
Can I change my store or payout details later?
Yes, from your Seller Dashboard. A new payout account is checked again and payouts pause for a short time for your security.
